Tick rate doesn't forgive
CS2 at 128 tick, Rust with 200 players, co-op Valheim: all these servers share one thing — a main thread that determines smoothness. A game server hosted on a low-end 2 GHz CPU produces rubber-banding and erratic hitboxes as soon as the action heats up. Our 5.7 GHz Ryzen 9 CPUs hold nominal tick rate even in the busiest fights.
Anti-DDoS: gaming's number one topic
No gaming community escapes attacks: server rivalries, a banned player's rage quit, plain malice. A €5 booter can take down an unprotected server in ten seconds. Our in-house mitigation includes protocol filters for Source/CS2, Minecraft and generic UDP queries, always on. The cost of an attack exceeds its nuisance: attackers move on.
Which configuration for which game?
- Minecraft / Valheim / Terraria: Apex or Titan, frequency rules.
- CS2 / Rust / ARK: Titan minimum, Quantum beyond 100 slots.
- FiveM (GTA RP): see our dedicated page, Titan and up depending on scripts.
In every case, NVMe Gen4 speeds up map loading and world saves — on Rust, saving drops from 45 seconds to under 10, with no visible player freeze.
