1. Purpose

This acceptable use policy (AUP) defines prohibited uses of GLOBALCLOUDHOSTING services. It aims to protect the infrastructure, other customers and the Internet at large.

2. Strictly prohibited uses

Prohibited: hosting content that is unlawful under French and European law; sending spam or unsolicited bulk email; network scanning, brute-forcing and any intrusion against third-party systems; participating in botnets or relaying DDoS attacks; hosting phishing or malware; cryptocurrency mining using public proxy lists or abusive practices degrading other customers' service.

3. Conditionally allowed uses

Game servers, personal VPNs, legal seedboxes and blockchain nodes are allowed. Cryptocurrency mining is tolerated on Quantum and Singularity plans within allocated resources, provided shared hypervisors are not degraded.

Transactional email sending is allowed up to 300 emails/hour, subject to correct SPF/DKIM configuration.

4. Abuse procedure

Upon a report, the Customer is notified and has 24 hours to remedy the issue. In emergencies (ongoing attack, manifestly illegal content), the Provider may suspend the service immediately, with simultaneous notification to the Customer.

Repeat offenses lead to account termination without refund.

5. Reporting

Any observed abuse can be reported to [email protected]. Every report receives an acknowledgment within 24 hours and is processed within 72 hours.
