1. 7-day guarantee

Every first order comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Requests are made from the customer dashboard or at [email protected]. Refunds are issued in cryptocurrency (USDT or the original currency) within 5 business days, at the day's exchange rate.

2. Beyond 7 days

Past the guarantee period, started monthly terms are non-refundable. In case of prolonged unavailability attributable to the Provider, SLA credits apply.

3. Network fees

Blockchain transaction fees related to refunds are borne by the Provider. In case of payment error (overpayment, duplicate), a full refund is issued within 5 business days.

4. Abuse

The guarantee is limited to one use per customer. Any suspension for violating the AUP voids the Customer's benefit of this policy.
